a way to easily view and delete your Zoom recordings
The popularity of the Zoom meeting video app has skyrocketed in recent months. “Let’s Zoom” has become a permanent part of the vocabulary of people all over the world be it for school, work, or parties. Zoom owes its cult status to the great features it offers, even if you use a free account.
One of the features that enjoys extreme favoritism among users is the ability to record meetings so you don’t have to worry about taking notes and more. This allows you to attend 100 percent of meetings. You can record Zoom meetings very easily, either locally on a computer, or to the Zoom cloud if you are a licensed user. After you record a meeting, it’s easier to access the meeting record.
View Records using Desktop Clients
Finding your meeting record must be made using the Zoom Desktop client. Open a desktop client and sign in using the Zoom account that you used to take meetings. Go to ‘Meeting’ and then click on the ‘Recorded’ tab.
Records of your meeting will be listed there. Registered records will include all cloud records made with this account, as well as local records made by this account on the device you currently use. This means you can only access local notes from the device used to record them. Click the meeting for which you want to view the recording.
If this is a local recording, you can play the recording or just an audio file directly from the Desktop client. You can also delete records from the client by clicking the ‘Delete’ option.

Select and delete the meeting folder to delete all recordings. The meeting folder will have a meeting date and time in its name so you will know which folder to delete.
If this is a cloud recording, the only option presented is ‘Open’. Clicking on the option will open your cloud record in Zoom Web Portal in your default browser automatically.
