Subtitles can help you understand a story better, and that can be needed if you enjoy foreign films. Amazon Prime Video has many shows and movies that may require you to enable subtitles. This is how you set subtitles and manage how they appear on the screen.
How to Enable Subtitles
When you are ready to activate subtitles, go to the Amazon website. Log in to your Amazon account, then click or tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines in the upper left corner).
Once you are on the main Prime Video page, select the program or movie you want to watch.
After the event info is filled in, select “Watch Now.” You are on the Prime Video main page, select the program or movie you want to watch.
This will produce a drop-down menu that shows subtitle content and audio settings. Select the language for which you want the subtitles to appear. This also allows features.
Select the text bubble again to make sure the subtitle is activated. There should be a check mark next to the language you choose.
How to Customize Subtitles
Now that the subtitles are turned on, you might want to continue and adjust them. You want to get started on the Amazon home page. Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the upper right corner).
Select “Main Video” in the newly filled menu.
With subtitles enabled, you can watch whatever movie or show you want without missing a dialog. Text can help if characters speak too fast or speak in a different language, and it’s never been easier to activate it on Amazon Prime Video.
